Pineapple Salsa

This sweet and summery salsa goes amazingly with gammon.  With tangy pineapple, raisins and a hint of Malibu its the perfect addition to your summer BBQ or served with fish or to compliment your butchers board.

Sticky Red Cabbage Chutney

A perfect accompaniment for beef, this sticky red cabbage has a sweet and delicate flavour.  Also great to go with your summer  BBQ or in a meat wrap.

Tomato and  Red Pepper Relish

This distinctive Tomato and Red Pepper Relish is an absolute must for any burger to really make it stand out from the crowd.  Fantastic at BBQ's and buffets and we personally think it beats any ketchup for dipping your chips in!!

Leek and Burnt Lemon Chutney

With a crunchy leek texture and hint of burnt lemon, this chutney works brilliantly with fish, and perfectly compliments risotto (as demonstrated in our chicken and chorizo risotto here) or bangers and mash, as well as your usual cheese boards.

Curried Carrot Chutney

One of our most popular chutneys, this mildly spiced curried carrot chutney is perfect to accompany your Indian takeaway, your saturday night film with some poppadom's, or add to your own homemade curry. Would be beautiful mixed in with a Tarragon crème fraiche to accompany your Indian meal.

Roasted Beetroot and Thyme Chutney

This beetroot and thyme chutney  is a great accompaniment to your Lancashire hotpot, or to add to your summer salad.  It also tastes beautiful mixed into soft cheese to accompany smoked salmon with your afternoon tea sandwiches, or a salmon fillet as pictured here.

Apple and Celery Chutney

A light and summery chutney this will go perfectly with a summer salad, and delicate dishes with white fish or meat as well as an accompaniment  to your butchers board.

Hot and Spicy Tomato Relish

Due to popular demand we have created this hot and spicy tomato relish made with scotch bonnet (80,000 to 400,000 Scoville units)  and rocoto chillies (30,000 to 100,000 Scoville units).  This sauce adds a kick whilst still holding  its beautiful flavour making it perfect to jazz up any burger or steak and to add to homemade chillies and other dishes.
